"We have been making great strides with the program.  Changes are coming maybe a little too fast and furious, but  to be honest, they are all employee driven.  The classes that the CSRs simply "didn't have time for"  were nevertheless successful in doing what they were designed to do - change their way of thinking. 

They are on board with a vengeance and change is being accepted in a positive way.  I'm not pushing them to make changes, they are pushing me.
